Merz Aesthetics has been awarded two distinctions: Great Place to Work and Healthiest Employer.
Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture, which certifies businesses in the U.S. The Great Place to Work certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
Healthiest Employers was created to honor people-first organizations that prioritize the well-being of their employee population. Merz has been ranked three times by Healthiest Employers, but this year is the first time the company was recognized as the #1 Healthiest Employer in the mid-size business category.

In the Great Place To Work survey, 94% of employees said Merz Aesthetics is a great place to work, compared to the industry average of 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based business.
