Greenwich Medical Spa Acquires Sixth Location
Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) acquired The MedSpa, located in West Hartford, Connecticut. The West Hartford Medical Spa is GMS's sixth location and its fifth in the state of Connecticut.
GMS offers a full suite of non-surgical facial treatments, medical-grade facials, injectables, contouring body treatments, laser hair treatmetns and an acne clinic with a 90% success rate within three to four months.

GMS Expert Injectors
Roni Rodman and Glen Brooks, M.D., partners of The MedSpa developed their Blue Black Square Medical Spa with multiple spa-like treatment rooms and educated staff.
Today, GMS is among the top 100 Juvéderm and BOTOX facilities in the entire U.S. More than one million doctors are allowed to perform injectables in the U.S., but less than 3% are qualified to be an Expert Injector. GMS clinicians have hundreds of hours of extra training in performing safe BOTOX injections, and they are the only practice in Connecticut to have performed over 16,000 CoolSculpting treatments to date.
Major Plans for Expansion
The medical practice plans to acquire ten or more other MedSpa businesses by 2025 in Connecticut and the Metro New York area. A new location in Greenwich, Connecticut will be introduced quarter one of 2023. The company also plans to acquire up to 35 of the best-in-class MedSpa's by 2027.
