Greenwich Medical Spa announced the acquisition of MedSpa1064 in Glastonbury, CT. This acquisition will expand Greenwich Medical Spa's locations, with another facility soon to be announced in the Hartford area.

GMS is among the top 1% of Juvéderm and BOTOX facilities in the US. They have been recognized as an Expert Injector and Top Doctor by New Beauty Magazine. The staff has been trained in performing safe, BOTOX injections, and they are the only practice in Connecticut that has performed over 16,000 CoolSculpting treatments to date.

GMS plans to pursue additional acquisitions and to grow from four to seven locations in 2022, including a flagship location in Greenwich CT, two new locations in the Hartford region, and one in New Jersey. The company's goal is to own and operate 16 locations by 2025.
