Aquavit Pharmaceuticals has announced David J. Goldberg, MD, JD, as its new chief medical officer. Dr. Goldberg is a renowned dermatologist and is recognized nationally and internationally for his innovative work with skin lasers, cosmetic dermatology and facial rejuvenation techniques. Prior to joining Aquavit, Dr. Goldberg has served as president of the ASLMS and is and or was on the Board of Directors of AAD, ASLMS and ASDS. Additionally, Dr. Goldberg is a clinical professor of dermatology and director of laser research at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, a clinical professor of dermatology and chief of dermatologic surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School as well as the chief of dermatology at Hackensack University Medical Center and adjunct professor of law at Fordham Law School where he teaches a course entitled, "Advances in Health Care Law".
