Dermstore has revealed the most popular skin care brands in each state over the last 12 months.

The research was based on Google and Dermstore’s website data. It analyzed 194 popular skin care brands to reveal the skin care favorites across the U.S. from October 2021 - December 2021.

The research revealed:

U.S. searches for “skincare” have risen 110% in the last five years according to Google Trends
#SkinCare has been tagged 91.5 million times on Instagram
TikTok videos using #SkinCare have had an eye-watering 71 billion views
SkinCeuticals was to the nation’s most-searched-for skin care brand, topping online searches in 30 states, followed by CeraVe, EltaMD and bareMinerals

The research conducted at the center will focus on applicable scientific discoveries to advance allergy science and develop topical innovations to address skin conditions, per the organizations.
