ALPHAEON, a subsidiary of Strathspey Crown Holdings, has acquired TouchMD, a software platform that helps physicians educate patients. TouchMD is currently utilized in over 10 countries and more than 800 practices. APLPHAEON will be responsible for all operations, sales and promotions in the U.S. and international markets, effective immediately.
